The Role
As an Online Community Manager and Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll be working with a global haircut brand, responding to online customer queries, and managing social media conversations. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive, timely, and personalized.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and responding to online customer service queries and inbound social media messages from our client accounts on a daily basis
- Effectively responding to all customer support and community management tickets
- Pro-actively escalating and spotting potential PR threats, and following support briefs
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilizing Zendesk, Gorgias, and Freshdesk to manage customer interactions and provide timely responses
- Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in online customer support and community management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with phone support and copywriting/proofreading
- Superb time management and high accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to respond to customers in a timely manner and use collaboration tools like Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Teams
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, and Freshdesk
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry
- Familiarity with cloud-based community management platforms and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
