Job Responsibilities

As a Virtual Client Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and issues.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing client concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including issue resolution, client feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, product knowledge, and technical support.
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer and online tools, including CRM software, email, and web-based applications.
  • A reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Ability to work in a home-based environment with minimal distractions and interruptions.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30-39 hours per week.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a focus on resolving complex client issues.

  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of medical terminology and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
