Position Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our data management efforts. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting information from various sources into our database, creating and managing spreadsheets, and retrieving requested data in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

* Efficiently transfer data from paper documents into digital formats using various tools such as keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

  • Input customer-provided data accurately and promptly.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets containing extensive numerical data with precision and reliability.
  • Retrieve requested data from the database or electronic files in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular backups to ensure the integrity and security of our data.
  • Organize and maintain paperwork to prevent any loss of information.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
