Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including online data entry work, product and service evaluations, surveys, and other online jobs. You will be working independently, but as part of a team, to provide exceptional customer service to our numerous market research clients. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work on a personal computer in an independent yet skilled way will make you an indispensable part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute various tasks such as online data entry work, product and service evaluations, surveys, and other online jobs

• Communicate and collaborate with our numerous market research clients
• Provide exceptional customer service through email and online ticket response systems
• Utilize best-answer templates in most interactions with clients
• Work independently, but as part of a team, to provide exceptional customer service
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

* Computer proficiency, intermediate working ability level is minimum requirement

• Persistent work ethic, data-oriented, and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
• Willingness to learn and desire to grow and develop in our busy yet fun business
• Strong focus to detail will get you far in our business
• Self-motivated and multi-tasking attributes when working from home are a plus

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, administration, marketing, or public relations
