Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and deploying advanced statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Designing and implementing data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision-making
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics
Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with a focus on retail strategic health analytics and data insights
- Strong programming skills in R, Python, and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with natural language processing and text analytics
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field preferred

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
