Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Scientist – Retail Strategic Health Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for collaborating with business partners to develop analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You will own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. You will use your expertise in algorithms and predictive models to identify opportunities, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
- Use expertise in algorithms and predictive models to identify opportunities, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate analytics results and solutions to business partners
- Use programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and tools to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics solutions that meet business needs
Required Qualifications
* 3 years of relevant analytic experience
- Experience programming using R or Python
- Experience in SQL
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong ability to communicate technical standards and implications to business partners
- Ability to anticipate and prevent issues and roadblocks before they occur
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large datasets from multiple data sources
- Ability to demonstrate skillability in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in a few areas
Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
Pay Range
The standard pay range for this position is: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time earnings for all positions within the job grade in which this position falls. The actual base earnings offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other applicable factors. This position is eligible for a arenaflex bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award goal within the company's equity award program.
