Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide personalized support and solutions to help simplify customers' healthcare experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a positive, productive manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence when interacting with customers
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management and healthcare regulations
Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Competitive salary range: $21.50 - $30.70 per hour
