Virtual Assistant Needed for Remote Tech Job Search & Recruiter Outreach
I’m looking for a detail-oriented VA to help organize and streamline my remote tech job search as I transition into ServiceNow and enterprise IT roles. Tasks include:
- Finding remote ServiceNow and SaaS support jobs
- Organizing applications in spreadsheets or Notion
- Finding recruiters on LinkedIn
- Tracking responses and follow-ups
- Finding contract opportunities
- Identifying staffing firms and remote-friendly companies
- Organizing recruiter pipelines
Target roles include:
- ServiceNow Support Analyst
- Junior ServiceNow Admin
- Technical Support Engineer
- SaaS Support Engineer
- IT Operations Analyst
- Enterprise Support Analyst
Requirements:
- Strong English communication
- Experience with LinkedIn and remote job platforms
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience supporting tech job searches preferred
Bonus:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or enterprise IT
