About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SEO Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals interested in online marketing who are eager to develop their skills in SEO and digital marketing. As an SEO Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SEO and content teams through research, data entry, website audits, and content management. No prior SEO experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Recent graduate or equivalent with an interest in online marketing
• Proficiency with internet and technology tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient with Google Drive products (Google Docs, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) is a plus
• Willingness to learn new tools and SEO fundamentals
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards tasks
• Ability to handle repetitive and menial tasks with focus and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the fundamentals of SEO through training provided by the team
• Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console for research and analysis
• Conduct lead generation and prospecting by analyzing websites and collecting relevant data, metrics, and contact information
• Perform manual data entry tasks, including copying and pasting data across spreadsheets and databases
• Work extensively with Google Sheets and Airtable to organize and analyze data
• Assist in executing SEO and content audits, using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
• Optimize web pages for on-page SEO, following best practices and guidelines
• Implement internal linking strategies across large websites with hundreds of pages
• Upload and format blog posts on various CMS platforms such as WordPress and Sanity
• Participate in daily stand-up calls and team discussions via Discord
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive remote working environment
