Customer Care Representative - Tier I Email and Chat (Remote)

Responsibilities
- In your capacity as a live chat representative, you'll earn hourly rates by handling customer conversations across web-based chat systems and social platforms. Your duties will involve managing customer questions, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers.

Requirements
- A functional device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet combined with stable broadband access is essential.
- Competent English composition and typing abilities are mandatory.
Skills/background needed
