Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving customer success across our portfolio of enterprise software customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs, develop strategic plans to achieve their goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success plans that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and expansion, developing strategic plans to achieve customer goals
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to ensure customers are fully utilizing our MDM solutions
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, including case studies, success stories, and thought leadership content
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve customer goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and business growth

Performance Objectives

* Platform Adoption: Drive customer adoption of our MDM solutions, ensuring customers are fully utilizing our platform to achieve business outcomes

  • Retention & Renewals: Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring revenue, ensuring customers are satisfied with our solutions and services
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customers are satisfied with our solutions and services
  • Expansion: Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and expansion, developing strategic plans to achieve customer goals

Your Performance Goals

* In 30 Days: Understand our solutions and value proposition, develop a deep understanding of our customer segmentation model and corresponding engagement motions, and begin developing your account engagement plan

  • In 90 Days: Activate your account engagement plan, engage with 100% of strategic accounts, 90% of develop accounts, and 50% of sustain accounts, and begin managing adoption for net-new accounts

Competencies

* Minimum five years of customer success experience with enterprise software, ideally SaaS in the IT sector

  • Proven track record of delivering customer success to enterprise software customers, including managing high-touch accounts and driving business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of business functions, core IT systems, and enterprise technology
  • Motivated and accountable, with a strong ability to plan, organize, and execute customer success plans
  • Kind, humble, and fun, with a passion for working with peers and colleagues to achieve customer success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
