• Provide technical mentoring to arenaflex clients and educate the team on prominent product information, releases, bugs, and status updates.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 6 months of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• At least 1 year of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or contact center environment.
