Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our members' expectations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to Member Inquiries:
Provide timely and effective responses to member inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Maintaining Accurate Records:

Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Meet or exceed established KPIs, including first-call resolution rates, member satisfaction scores, and other key metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
1 Year of Customer Service Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Bilingual (Spanish/English):
Bilingual skills are highly desired, with a $1 per hour bump in pay for those who possess this skill.
Background Check:
Must be able to pass a background check, with a clean record and a strong reputation.
