Responsibilities

As a Customer Service, Verification Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping customers connect with insurance companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Verifying customer information to match them with the right insurance provider
• Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
• Working independently, using a scripted approach to navigate short, fast-paced calls
• Utilizing online systems to engage with customers and resolve their queries efficiently
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Earnings Potential

* Earn up to $15 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 37 minutes for each hour logged in and available

• Flexible scheduling opportunities, allowing you to work when it's convenient for you

Schedule

* Client hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 11:00pm CST, Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Sunday, 11:00am to 4:00pm CST

• Limited hours after 6pm and all Sunday hours

Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and assist customers

• Sales skills, with a strong ability to "assume the sale" and encourage customers to take the next step
• Overcoming objections, with a comfort level in handling customer concerns and resolving issues
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to engage with customers while navigating online systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Technology Requirements

* Personal computer (no tablet)

• Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download speed
• Wired internet connection, like Cable, Fiber Optic or DSL (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
• Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility

* Contractors must live in and work from the United States (except CA, NY, PA, WA) on this client program

• All contractors must successfully pass a background check to represent this client
