The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist - Entry Level, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers by responding to their requests with a sense of urgency and driving their orders through to completion.
- Acknowledge orders, obtain engineering input on parts, and coordinate with the Purchasing team for parts orders.
- Prepare spare parts proposals for customers and enter orders into our ERP system.
- Prepare packages and bills of lading for outgoing shipments and expedite deliveries per customer requests.
- Maintain records between Smart Sheet and Epicor, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a liaison with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping, streamlining operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of responsiveness and sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
