Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our customers, stores, and associates. You'll be the face of arenaflex, handling high volumes of incoming calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high volumes of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
- Utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Exceed customer expectations by providing personalized solutions and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
