Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate and timely information about our services, benefits, and programs.
  • Assist clients with eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to work from home, with reliable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare, with experience working with these programs.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.

* Competitive salary, ranging from $17.00 to $27.90 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
