Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative Specialist, you'll be based in your home location and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues, provide personalized solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform specialized customer service activities and initiatives to support our clients' needs

  • Focus on problem resolution across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Deliver the CARES model to customers and service partners, ensuring a positive experience at every touch point
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and resolving complex or reoccurring issues
  • Interact with higher levels within the customer organization to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with arenaflex's core values
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of related experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma or GED (university/college degree not required)
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience in using various software applications and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or related industry

  • Knowledge of FINRA licenses and regulations
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
