Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving sales growth through proactive communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer service and sales support to potential and current clients

• Consistently deliver a great customer experience through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving
• Resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members as needed
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive communication and relationship-building
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed solutions and recommendations

Requirements

* Minimum 1+ years of customer service/call center or retail experience required

• Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets
• Respect for and maintenance of customer and client confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
