Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls and providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers
- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust
- Providing solutions to customer complaints and following up to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts available)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Familiarity with remote work environments and tools
