Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will be an ambassador of arenaflex's commitment to customer satisfaction, empathy, and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Educate customers about their warranty, providing clear and concise information to ensure they understand their coverage and benefits
- Resolve complex warranty claims, working closely with customers to find solutions and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, including new features and updates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

The Specifics

High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred

3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
* Our competitive starting rate is $18.50, $19.50 with a Degree Plus, an extra 25 cents for fluent Spanish speakers! * Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred
