Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing client emails, chats, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
- Handling specialty orders and process handling with precision and attention to detail
- Providing exceptional client chat support and customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while delivering superior customer service
- Providing accurate and timely product and service information to clients
- Ensuring prompt and accurate order completion
- Completing account correspondence (email, chat, fax, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous inbound call center experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- A positive and empathetic attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
