Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing client emails, chats, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
• Handling specialty orders and process handling with precision and attention to detail
• Providing exceptional client chat support and customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while delivering superior customer service
• Providing accurate and timely product and service information to clients
• Ensuring prompt and accurate order completion
• Completing account correspondence (email, chat, fax, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous inbound call center experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• A positive and empathetic attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
