What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, who are some of the most discerning and fashion-conscious individuals in the world. Your role will involve:
- Answering incoming communications: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

What You Bring to the Role

- 1 year or more of customer service experience: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience: You'll need to have a solid educational foundation or equivalent work experience to succeed in this role.
- Problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Computer experience: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and other technology to perform your job duties.
- High-speed internet: You'll need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection to perform your job duties.
- A headset: You'll need to have a USB wired headset to communicate with our clients.
