Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients in the agriculture industry. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and dealers regarding part orders or other items available for purchase on Shop.Deere.com
- Research, investigate, and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
- Handle approximately 15-20 calls per day, with occasional overtime and holiday work
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide expert guidance on our products and services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide informed and personalized support to customers
- Utilize Microsoft Office products, especially Teams and Outlook, to manage customer interactions and communicate with internal teams
Essential Qualifications
* 6 months of customer service/support experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Teams and Outlook
- Reliable at-home internet and a distraction-free workplace
- Ability to work occasional overtime and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles
- Prior work experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, engineering, IT, or a similar discipline
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
