Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Group Travel (Remote), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to group travelers, ensuring their journeys are smooth and memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide timely and friendly assistance to group travelers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance.

Team Collaboration
