The Role
As a Customer Service Representative (BCP), you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients and customers via inbound calls and/or via the internet. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving routine problems, and maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support
- Achieve specific support and resolution on every call
- Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Work rotational shifts as needed
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required)
- Live within 25-35-mile radius of our Rochester, NY site
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
