Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the HVAC and Plumbing trade or with Service Titan CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
