As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling incoming calls and customer service inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Requirements
* Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
- Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
- Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- PC with at least Windows 7
