Job Summary
As a Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and proactively making recommendations to prevent future problems. Key Responsibilities
* Receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim
- Listen, solve problems, answer questions, and work with customers to find a resolution
- Use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Requirements
* Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Relentless drive to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task using technology while handling calls
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
Work Environment
* Our hours of operation are 8am - 12 am EST Monday - Sunday
- 40 hours a week shifts can change to meet business needs
- We do pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked
- Virtual classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm EST
Training and Development
* Our training program is a combination of "classroom" and "on the job" training that is typically 2 weeks long but duration can vary
- You'll learn the business, systems, and policies, as well as develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
