The Role

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through phone, chat, email, and social media. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support to our students and their parents. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using various software and tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Proactive, trustworthy, empathetic, and patient approach to customer interactions
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations and turn negative experiences into positive ones

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and social media

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional support to our students and their parents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using various software and tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote work environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range of $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule

* Open schedules include Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Pacific (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern) and weekends 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern)

  • Revolving evenings, nights, and weekends availability is needed due to increase of staffed hours
  • Morning shifts are full, but you may have the opportunity to grow into these shifts as you earn seniority
