Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate Role
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by engaging with them, thinking critically, and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards

- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license
