Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly Receive Inbound Calls: Swiftly identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate channels.
  • Thrive in a Dynamic Call Center Environment: Adeptly manage both inbound and outbound communication.
  • Maintain Precise Documentation: Ensure clarity and consistency by documenting all call-related information within our system.

Who We're Looking For:

* Educational Background: A High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a role that honed your customer service and outbound calling skills.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport and understanding customer perspectives. Proficiency in navigating a fast-paced environment, with the agility to multi-task effectively.
  • Preferred: Experience in the mortgage sector is an advantage, offering a unique insight into customer needs and expectations.
