About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our fully remote team based in Manchester. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through virtual communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.Key Responsibilities:
