Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advocate I at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, web, or walk-ins
  • Initiating adjustments and conducting research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as necessary
  • Providing feedback to management on customer issues and maintaining accurate records of complaints
  • Maintaining knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies, recommending process improvements
  • Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong human relations and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Good judgment skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate Degree

  • 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
