Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing inbound and outbound calls: Handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
