Experienced Customer Care Associate – Global Publishing Support

As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their concerns and needs, and promoting our products and services. What to Expect:
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality support and service to resolve customer concerns and needs as a company ambassador
- Daily processing of incoming orders for all print and digital products via our ERP system
- Collaborating with the Customer Care and other global departments to escalate and find solutions for our customers
- Providing librarians with digital access to licensed content via the arenaflex platform
- Supporting and resolving library access issues for digital content on our arenaflex platform
- Processing special transaction orders for OpenAccess, subsidy, and peer review
- Monitoring and actioning items in the team email ticket system (Hubspot)
- Coordinating with global printer and UPS for order completion
- Preparing advanced invoices and customer quotes
- Creating, correcting, and modifying new and existing customer data in our ERP system
- Issuing credit notes and cancellations for returns
- Acting as a sales partner to promote additional products and services to customers
- Participating in follow-up and surveys to ensure customer satisfaction
What We Are Expecting:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent and professional communication (written and verbal) in German and English
- At least three years of working experience in a similar customer care role
- A motivated and self-starting attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Positive team collaboration
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with an ERP/order system
