Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone calls, chats, and emails. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, including online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
- Provide personalized support to customers, using various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chats
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, merchants, and internal teams
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and phenomenal follow-through
- Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and tackle issues
- Ability to exhibit learning and thinking abilities
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual capabilities a plus
