As a Senior Program Manager - Change Management, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our Client care (CS) activities, ensuring consistent evolution to meet growing needs while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager - Change Management, you will be responsible for:

  • CS Project Admission:

+ Receive, review, and prioritize change requests from various stakeholders. + Confirm the completion and accuracy of change requests, ensuring all necessary information is provided. + Lead thorough impact assessments to evaluate and estimate the effects of proposed changes. + Analyze potential risks, benefits, and conditions associated with each change. + Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand implications and gather feedback. + Plan and facilitate change review meetings, providing updates and seeking input. + Communicate change goals, plans, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels. + Address concerns, questions, and objections from affected parties. + Establish clear communication protocols for project admission, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process, from initial submission to final decisions. + Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to prepare stakeholders for upcoming changes. + Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, providing timely updates and clear support for project decisions or delays. + Track key metrics related to project admission, such as project volume, approval rates, time to decision, and resource allocation effectiveness. + Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration to gain buy-in for proposed changes.

  • Change Management Coordination:

+ Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, and guidelines. + Own the change control process, making timely and efficient decisions to support organizational and departmental objectives with minimal disruption. + Thoroughly review project proposals, considering key fit, feasibility, potential impact, and resource requirements. + Influence scope, phases, and approach with external CS partners to achieve optimal benefits with minimal effort. + Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with changes. + Champion a culture of continuous improvement, promoting team collaboration and knowledge sharing. + Administer the implementation of approved changes, monitoring progress, identifying, and resolving any issues that arise. + Maintain alignment with CS product tech guide. + Track and report on the effectiveness of the change control process, suggesting improvements and driving ongoing improvement.

  • Drive Execution Monitoring:

+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with critical objectives and track progress through regular reporting. + Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest operational changes. + Present execution insights to leadership, driving data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Technical, Business, Management). + Minimum 7 years of experience in critical planning and change management, preferably within a CS e-commerce environment.

  • Change Management Knowledge:

+ Strong understanding of change management principles, processes, and best practices is essential. + Familiarity with risk management principles and mitigation techniques. + Experience with change management processes (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter 8-Step) is an asset.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

+ Ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate the impact of changes, identify potential risks and conditions, and make data-driven decisions is critical for effective change management. + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying change goals, plans, and updates to stakeholders at all levels. + Ability to listen actively, negotiate, and compromise to address concerns and facilitate collaboration.

  • Stakeholder Management:

+ Ability to engage and influence stakeholders from various departments and levels of the organization is crucial. + Building relationships, understanding stakeholder perspectives, and adapting change initiatives to meet their needs and expectations.

  • Project Management:

+ Capability in project management techniques and tools is necessary for planning, executing, and monitoring change initiatives. + Skills in scope management, resource allocation, planning, and risk management.

  • Leadership:

+ As a change specialist, you will need leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams, drive change adoption, and facilitate organizational change. + Cultivating a culture of growth, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility:

+ Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain flexible in the face of setbacks, and maintain a positive attitude in uncertain situations is essential for navigating the complexities of change management.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation range for a Senior Program Manager - Change Management position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. This position is eligible for 401k and an annual performance award. We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital reimbursement, basic illness, and accident insurance.
  • Parental leave, family services benefits, backup childcare, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and numerous discounts, including 10% off pet insurance.
  • Non-exempt hourly employees accrue paid time off (PTO), while salaried-exempt employees have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly employees in Satisfaction Communities and Client care are also eligible for additional impromptu unused time off (UTO). Employees will receive six paid holidays each year. Employees may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in accordance with relevant state and local regulations.
