Look no further! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Relations Representative to join our Brand Engagement Center (BEC) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and helping us build a loyal community of arenaflex enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Directly interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries and concerns
  • Analyzing customer concerns and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
  • Taking ownership of incoming communication, investigating and resolving various questions and concerns related to our products and services
  • Utilizing active listening and proactive decision-making skills to benefit our customers
  • Multitasking daily, talking and typing while actively listening to customers, and utilizing multiple software applications at once
  • Researching unique customer requests using online resources and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Supporting in-vehicle technology and apps, as it relates to assisting customers with setting up and troubleshooting their multimedia products, phone pairing, and navigation
  • High emotional intelligence to effectively support low-effort customer experience
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential for this position
  • Opportunity to transition to guest interactions via letters, emails, social media, and/or chats is available based on performance on phone and business need

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced customer-facing or phone environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Added bonus if you have a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Automotive experience (i.e., dealership, technician, worked for another automotive company, etc.)
  • Experience working with technology (i.e., Bluetooth pairing, navigation, smartphone)
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
