Role Overview:

As an Experienced Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator – Specialty Servicing at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and delivering solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with our team to identify and address customer concerns, provide timely and effective solutions, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and delivering solutions that meet their needs

  • Work closely with our team to identify and address customer concerns, provide timely and effective solutions, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Reliable private internet connection, not supplied by cellular data (hot spot)
  • Cable or fiber connections are preferred
  • Internet service download speeds must be at least 5 mbps, with 10+ mbps preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* Competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour, with an additional 5% applied to Las Vegas, NV and Wilmington, DE
