Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As a Work From Home Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting and mentoring hourly workforce teams to ensure high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
  • Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer delivery promises
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
