Experienced Customer Service Specialist - Remote/Hybrid Opportunity

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls. You will work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges. Key Responsibilities:

* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls

  • Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour
