The Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for administering retirement plans, managing third-party administrators (TPAs), and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your primary duties will include:
- Managing daily operations of the 401(k) plan and other benefits programs
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Developing and implementing business solutions to meet customer and business needs
- Providing analytical support and guidance to senior management on plan design decisions
- Conducting on-site visits and audits to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Managing digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans
- Developing project plans and leading business customers through the challenge management system
- Demonstrating up-to-date expertise and applying it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
What You'll Bring
* Familiarity with balancing multiple tasks concurrently and adapting to changing priorities
- Project management experience, including data analysis, market research, and benefits program design
- Excellent listening skills, critical thinking abilities, and articulate communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, some knowledge of statistical analysis, and comfort working with large data sets
- Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans
What You'll Do
* Work with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure accurate processes are in place to maintain compliance with 401(k) regulations
- Manage enrollment requests within allocated timeframes
- Develop, organize, and facilitate process training to ensure compliance
- Participate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out and communicate community procedures, communication materials, and resources to the team
- Support with escalated calls associated with appeals cases
- Write and respond to service inquiries from customers
- Develop, monitor, and report outcomes to management
