Founding Growth & Marketing Lead (Beauty / Kids / Wellness) Blubub | Los Angeles / Remote Flexibility Pay: $40,000 – $60,000 base after initial fundraise + early-stage equity Blubub is building a new children’s wellness and bath culture brand focused on rituals, sensory experiences, routines, and emotional connection between kids and parents. Our first product is a patent-pending modular dispenser system, but the broader vision extends into a larger ecosystem across kids wellness, bath, personal care, and daily rituals. We already have strong foundations across product design, engineering, branding, and manufacturing direction, and we’re now looking for an early marketing leader to help shape the D2C launch and long-term growth strategy from the ground up. ⸻
About the Role
We’re looking for a founder-minded Growth & Marketing Lead who understands how to build and scale consumer brands in the early stages. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with:
- DTC customer acquisition
- Paid social and performance marketing
- Beauty, wellness, personal care, or kids brands
- Brand storytelling and launch strategy
- Influencer/community marketing
- Ecommerce growth and retention
We’re especially interested in candidates who understand how emotional brands are built — not just how ads are run. This person will help shape how Blubub enters the market, acquires customers, builds community, and scales thoughtfully over time. ⸻ What You’ll Help Lead
- DTC launch strategy
- Paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
- Customer acquisition and CAC optimization
- Influencer and creator partnerships
- Brand positioning and storytelling
- Growth experiments and channel testing
- Ecommerce funnel strategy
- Retention and lifecycle marketing
- Early community-building initiatives

- Experience working with beauty, kids, wellness, skincare, personal care, or lifestyle brands
- Experience scaling consumer brands through paid and organic growth
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and ecommerce analytics
- Startup or early-stage experience preferred
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build systems from scratch
- Founder/operator mindset strongly valued
