• Reaching out to new inbound inquiries within 24 hours and beginning the admissions dialogue via phone
• Describing Unbound Academy's virtual learning structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application to final enrollment
• Recording all touchpoints in a CRM with complete notes, planned next actions, and updated pipeline status
• Planning and leading local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and collect prospective leads

• Allowing new leads to remain uncontacted while addressing administrative backlog
• Relying on scripted language or functioning within a high-volume call center framework
• Attending community events without actively engaging in presentations or lead generation
• Devoting most of your time to internal operations when active enrollment demand exists

Enrollment Specialist Key Responsibilities Transform family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Unbound Academy. Basic Requirements

• Located in Arizona with availability for hybrid work arrangements
• 1–2 years of customer service or comparable customer-facing experience
• Background working with children or families (such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related environments)
• Confident conducting regular phone outreach and guiding families through multi-phase processes
• Effective verbal communication abilities with skill in building rapport quickly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management tools

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
• Academic background or coursework in communications, education, or a relevant discipline
