Remote Dental & Billing

We are growing Dental Consulting Company now offering billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable division. We're looking for a motivated Dental Billing and Insurance Specialist to join our remote team. This position will begin as a project based role with strong opportunity for long term growth into a senior leadership position overseeing billing operations as the department expands. The ideal candidate has experience with:

• Dental insurance verification
• Dental claims submission and follow up
• Accounts receivable and collections
• Patient billing and payment posting
• Insurance aging reports
• PPO breakdowns and benefits verification
• Communication with insurance companies and patients
• Dental practice management software

Responsibilities may include:

• Verifying patient insurance benefits
• Submitting and tracking insurance claims
• Following up on unpaid or denied claims
• Managing accounts receivable reports
• Posting insurance and patient payments
• Assisting with billing workflows and operational systems
• Helping improve and organize billing processes as the department grows

Qualifications:

• Previous dental billing experience is required
• Strong understanding of dental insurance terminology
• Experience with insurance follow up and collections
• Organized and detail oriented
• Google, Microsoft and Ai knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, CareStack, Eaglesoft, and Curve experience
