Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Full-Cycle Podcast Growth Sales Closer. In this position, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals for podcast growth services. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients, reaching out to leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships. Strong collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure client needs are met and growth objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Proven experience in business development or sales, especially in the media, film, or podcast industries
- Knowledge of podcasting trends, audience growth strategies, and digital media marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to develop creative solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
