We support our clients by identifying unreachable talent that helps their businesses grow.Our candidates work with us because they know we have the best opportunities available to them and will help them navigate their next career move.We care, we're honest, and we hustle—that's what makes us Clutch.Clutch has a client looking for a Junior Art Director with advertising or marketing agency experience.Responsibilities:Collaborative Teamwork:Work closely with creative directors, project managers, writers, and UX specialists to translate client objectives into compelling creative expressions across all channels, aligning with brand strategy.Brand System Development:Develop cohesive communication systems that support brand platforms defined in strategy and creative briefs.Client Solution Development:Translate client objectives into custom communication solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of our portfolio and the competitive landscape to create unique and non-derivative designs.Resource Management:Cultivate relationships with creative resources such as illustrators, animators, videographers, and photographers, and contribute to the evaluation of new talent.Design Efficiency:Maintain and adhere to protocols and design-development habits that lead to efficiency and streamlined workflows.Visionary Leadership:Bring a strong artistic vision and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.Requirements:Ability to support clients within thehigher educationsector.Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or similar.3-5 years of art direction experience in an environment focused on brand-creative development (agency experience required)A portfolio that showcases a sophisticated, innovative aesthetic and demonstrates problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Strong experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today.Please read: Contact from Clutch employees will always come from the domain @clutchnow.com ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
