The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience in technical sourcing, candidate assessment, and client relationship management to drive successful recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding complex technical requirements with hiring managers to extending offers. This includes developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies across various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, professional networks, and industry events. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles is a key expectation. You will conduct in-depth interviews, technical screenings, and provide insightful feedback to both candidates and clients. Strong negotiation skills are essential for closing offers and ensuring client satisfaction. The Senior Technical Recruiter will also play a role in market intelligence, providing insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes within the FinTech industry. Mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to the team's overall success through knowledge sharing and best practices will be highly valued. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, focusing on FinTech. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and technical screenings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers. Negotiate and extend job offers. Provide market intelligence on talent trends and compensation. Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Manage recruitment dashboards and track key performance indicators. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency. Proven success in recruiting for FinTech roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts). Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and various technology stacks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
