Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading the analysis of large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, and Business Intelligence, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Product, and Business Intelligence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
• Lead and participate in data analysis projects, including data mining, data visualization, and statistical analysis
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including experience leading teams and managing projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations, including experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Expertise in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using data to drive business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or related field

• Google Data Analytics Certification, Power BI Certified Data Analyst, AWS Certified Data Analyst, or other relevant certifications
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including experience leading teams and managing projects
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, and D3.js
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics, including experience working with data scientists and analysts
• Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
